Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine rules historical fiction

The triumphs and travails of royalty are a popular topic in historical fiction, and few queens have excited interest as much as Eleanor of Aquitaine (1124-1204 AD).  In a feature article from the March 2012 issue of Romantic Times, Eleanor is described as "a strong, feisty woman who earned a towering reputation in a male-dominated age."  Enjoy one of these fictional takes on a queen whose name has been remembered for centuries.
